We definitely had some issues, but ultimately the staff was helpful in response. However, after pointing this out to management, they were able to go through a process to clear out the smell and clean more thoroughly, which was greatly appreciated! Good thing it is hot in Arizona and you don't really need the heat. My downstairs neighbor would play really loud music often, but I would only be able to hear it when I opened my door. A front office worker did help me look for it, which was nice of her, but we didn't find it. However almost everything else was either stuffed in the little mailbox or taken to the post office.
