I loved this recipe. Worked like a charm. Chocolate in bar form melts much more smoothly, which is what you want for ganache. Peanut butter, yogurt, corn syrup, honey…all easy peasy. The wedding one is more dense and sturdy, but seriously amazingly good. Alternately, you could do everything but the ganache, leaving that for the last minute so it looks as fresh and shiny as possible. Refrigerate, uncovered, for at least 30 minutes to allow the glaze and frosting to set completely. I had a little trouble with the first layer sticking to the pan, but other than that it was perfect.
